​Small Group Personal Training takes the fun and support of large group classes and combines it with the personalization and attentiveness of 1-on-1 personal training but without the huge class sizes that most associate with groups and without the higher price tags you see for 1-on-1 training.

Consisting of one trainer working with a group of three to eight clients. Keeping the group to an 8-person max allows the personal trainer to build a connection with each individual while also giving proper attention to each participant's safety, form, and alignment.

More Personal Attention – With only a handful of participants in each class, instructors have the time to give each person individualized instruction and training. More Economical.
