One on One Personal Training
Personal training offers interactive, one-on-one sessions administered by a nationally certified personal trainer. An individually designed program can include any combination of strength training, cardiovascular conditioning, stretching and weight management to achieve your desired fitness goals.
Small Group Training
Small Group Personal Training takes the fun and support of large group classes and combines it with the personalization and attentiveness of 1-on-1 personal training but without the huge class sizes that most associate with groups. Consisting of working with a group of three to eight clients. Keeping the group to an 8-person max allows the personal trainer to build a connection with each individual while also giving proper attention to each participant's safety, form, and alignment.
